INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION AND SOCIAL INNOVATION
INNOVEDU – Institute of Education and Social Innovation is a non-profit cooperative, of a multi-sectoral nature, operating in the fields of social solidarity and services. It aims to promote actions that foster equal opportunities, social inclusion, and ecological and digital transformation.
INNOVEDU is committed to the creation and development of structuring projects in the areas of education and training, citizenship, sustainability, and innovation, in collaboration with strategic partners also committed to translating their actions into the effective improvement of people’s quality of life.
INNOVEDU positions itself as a social change agent, believing that the constant challenges of the current world require a permanent and concerted effort to intervene with values to generate value in the community, with pragmatism, vision, and ambition.

AND TRAINING
Education and training are one of the most important keys to successfully facing an unpredictable world in constant transformation. Access to knowledge empowers individuals to reach their potential, drives the progress of society and, not least, promotes understanding, tolerance and critical thinking.
INNOVEDU develops inclusive education and vocational training programmes that promote active citizenship, equal opportunities, the deepening of knowledge and competencies and innovation, to support the resolution of social problems and create a more inclusive and sustainable world.
EUROPEAN
CITIZENSHIP
INNOVEDU is dedicated to strengthening cooperation among member countries, aiming to reinforce a common identity based on respect for the founding values and principles of the European Union. The opportunity to engage with other realities and cultures facilitates integration into a world in constant change.
This dimension of internationalisation also includes supporting organisations in the process of deepening the knowledge and professional skills of educational communities at the European level, a commitment that takes the form of cooperation, training and mobility projects.

INNOVEDU assumes the importance of social development in its mission, promoting new ideas and intervention models capable of creating innovative and sustainable solutions to complex social problems, in conjunction with entrepreneurs, social organisations, investors and the local community.
ServiCES
APPLICATIONS
Development of applications for various programmes and typologies, including Erasmus+, in partnership with various organizations in Portugal and Europe. The combination and consolidation of these two factors have ensured INNOVEDU's remarkable success in overcoming challenges associated with this process in sectors such as education, training, culture, social innovation, inclusion, and ecological and digital transformation.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Experience from a multidisciplinary team in managing funded and non-funded projects, combined with technical-legal knowledge and skills in planning, leadership, communication, risk management, and negotiation. Noteworthy is the support provided to public and private entities in defining policy recommendations and developing intervention programmes in the fields of education and social innovation.
TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING
Coordination of national and international projects in various areas of education and training: gender equality, pedagogical and didactic practices, school administration and management, leadership, coordination and pedagogical supervision, human rights, ethics and professional ethics, sustainability, and ecological and digital transformation.
RESEARCH AND EVALUATION
Research and development, programme and policy evaluation, organizational performance monitoring, product and service evaluation, design of project and programme evaluation models, covering planning, data collection and analysis, result communication, and recommendation development.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Support in integrating technologies into training processes, aiming to optimize efficiency, stimulate innovation, and enhance competitiveness. Empowering recipients for the effective use of digital tools and implementing suitable mechanisms to address resistance to change.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Services associated with these areas include:
• Formulation of communication strategies, including goal definition, target audience identification, and communication channel selection;
• Content creation, including article writing, video production, and infographic development;
• Promotion of training events, involving planning, promotion, and event management, such as conferences and seminars;
• Development of awareness campaigns in social, digital, and environmental aspects.
