Global Education Monitoring Report 2023 Technology in Education: a Tool on Whose Terms?

This UNESCO report shows that some technologies can support learning in certain contexts but not when used excessively or inappropriately. It also argues that technology should only be used in the classroom when it contributes to learning outcomes.
